Hi I'm Philleann, if you love Celtic instrumental music infused with medieval fantasy vibes, then I might just be the composer for you!

Inspired by Shahrazad, the central storyteller of the classic Middle Eastern collection of folktales known as One Thousand and One Nights. I was excited to get the chance to blend Celtic and Middle Eastern influences in this evocative instrumental.

The story goes that King Shahryar, embittered by past betrayals, vows to marry a new wife each day and execute her the following morning to prevent further treachery. Shahrazad volunteers to be his bride.

On their wedding night, she begins telling the king a captivating story but withholds the ending until the next evening. Intrigued, the king spares her life for one more day to hear the conclusion. Night after night, she continues this pattern—each time finishing a tale yet starting a new one, leaving it incomplete. In doing so, she prolongs her life and eventually wins the king’s favor, illustrating the power of storytelling, intelligence, and courage.
